Che Running
A book that combines the disciplines of running and Tai Chi. The author wants you to be able to run pain free without the risk of injury. Like in Tai Chi, he discusses correct body posture and how the tilt of your body from your ankles is like the accelerator in a car. He believes the effort in your legs should be minimized, that you should run from your center.

Read this one too. Well, I read part of it.
I got benefit from the arm info and leaning forward for speed.
Unfortunately I was too focused on life and logging miles to play enough with the exercises in the book. Even though I believe they are valuable. Like every good book that has something in it for me this one will surface to the top of the pile again someday.
I read the book a week ago and have incorporated a number of new elements into my runs. For example, in one day I went from a heel striker to landing on a relaxed midfoot. There are a great number of things to focus on, and I think I'll slowly layer more of them into my running discipline over time. I may even spring for the dvd down the line.
